Return Policy
All sales are final, no refund and no exchange without prior return authorization number and are subject to 12% restocking charges. All claims must be made within 10 days of invoice date.
Customers
We sell to businesses only which has to open an account with us online or in person. There is no cost to open accounts. We only sell by boxes, cartoons, cases. No individual package, box or pieces would be sold.
In order to open an account with us a costumer must present the followings:
• A copy of Tax ID
• A copy of Tobacco Permit
• A legal form of picture ID
Cash & Carry
Cash & Carry is open from 9 am till 5 pm 6 days a week. We are closed on Sundays. Any other public holidays will be announced a week prior to the day to be closed.
Delivery
We do delivery around DFW metro plex with no deliver charge. A minimal fuel charge will be charged according to the distance of the location from the metro. In order to manage the delivery system in timely manner the orders may be placed placed via phone, fax, e-mail, online, or in-person at our warehouse location at least 24 hours prior to the delivery day.
Tobacco Sales
It is illegal to sell, furnish or give restricted products to anyone under the age of 21. We only sell cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, roll-your-own tobacco or smokeless tobacco to anyone age 21 or older. If you appear under the age of 27 we will ask for identification.
